Dominick Pugliese is a recent retiree with nearly 40 years of business experience. Most recently, Mr. Pugliese spent 15 years as the sole proprietor of his own management consulting firm, with corporate clients ranging from AT&T to Revlon. Mr. Pugliese also served as an executive with other corporations, such as: Director, MIS Development and Administration, Sony Records; Director, Information Technology, Kidder Peabody; Director, H/R, Pierce Technology; and Director, Operations/Application Systems, Warner Computer Systems. Many of these assignments bore profit and loss responsibility. Mr. Pugliese also boasts lifelong experience in information systems, operations reengineering and corporate coaching. Mr. Pugliese holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, which he earned from Brooklyn College, Brooklyn, NY, and was certified as a Project Manager at AT&T Corporation. He is also a Certified Systems professional and has been trained in Corporate Systems Assessment and Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, Certification Procedures.Mr. Pugliese has worked in volunteer activities for DEBORAH Hospital Foundation for seven years, and has served with distinction as the President of the Colonia Chapter. He has also donated his time and efforts to JFK Hospital Volunteers, Habitat for Humanity, The Friends of Metuchen Library and the American Italian Civic League of Middlesex County.Mr. Pugliese has been married for 28 years to Anita Pugliese, who is the current President of DEBORAH Hospital Foundation’s Colonia Chapter. The Pugliese's have four children, four grandchildren and reside in Metuchen, NJ.Mr. Pugliese was first elected to DEBORAH Hospital Foundation’s Board of Directors in 2004.

PAUL J. STENDARDI
Chairman of the Boards
Consultant to the Petroleum Industry
Paul Stendardi’s career in the petroleum industry started with Humble Oil & Refining Company (Esso) in 1968 after serving in the U.S. Army, which included a tour of duty in Germany and Vietnam. Mr. Stendardi started with Esso as a non-regular heating oil driver, which was a job expected to last three months. After ten years in various operations positions with Exxon (Esso’s successor), he joined Metropolitan Petroleum Company in 1979 as terminal manager of its Jersey City facility. In 1984, when Ultramar owned the Company, Mr. Stendardi joined a project team to replace the company’s in-house computer system with a new turnkey solution. Mr. Stendardi joined Getty Petroleum Marketing Inc. as Director of Terminals and Transportation in September of 1988, where he directed the Company’s terminals and trucking operations. At the end of 2010, after being in the petroleum industry for over 42 years, Paul retired from Getty. Today he is a consultant to the petroleum industry. Mr. Stendardi has been supporting DEBORAH since 1993. He has served as Chairman of many successful fundraising events through the Special Events Department and has participated in other Board members events as well.
Mr. Stendardi has also been involved with Community services. He was a member of the South Hackensack Volunteer Ambulance Corp for seven years, three years as its Captain. He served as president of the St. Margaret’s Catholic School Board. He was a member of Immaculate Conception School Board. He is a member of the Padre Pio School Board. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus. In May 2008 Mr. Stendardi was elected Chairman of the Boards of Deborah Heart and Lung Center and Deborah Hospital Foundation. Paul resides in South Hackensack with his wife Valerie. They have three married children, and four beautiful grandchildren.
BURTON C. TREBOUR
President-Trebour Consulting Srvcs, LLC
Mr. Trebour is an Arbitrator with the NJ State Board of Mediation and an Arbitrator with the NJ Public Employment Relations Committee. Mr. Trebour was the former Vice President of Labor and Administration for the A-P-A Transportation Corporation, North Bergen, NJ. Mr. Trebour was responsible for the entire Labor and Human Relations functions for A-P-A Transportation Corporation and it’s 2,000 employees. Mr. Trebour was a member of the National Grievance Committee in conjunction with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. He is the Employer Co-Chairman for the International Association of Machinists National Pension Fund; a Trustee of the Teamsters Local 617, Welfare and Pension Funds and he is both Employer Trustee and Co-Chairman of the I.A.M. Local 447 Fringe Benefit Fund and Machinists Money Purchase Pension Fund. Mr. Trebour has long been involved in community affairs in Hudson County. He is past President of the United Way of Hudson County and remains on the Executive Board. Mr. Trebour is presently President of United Cerebral Palsy of Hudson County. In 1989, DEBORAH awarded him the DEBORAH Hospital Foundation Children of the World® Humanitarian Award. Mr. Trebour is a member of the American Society for Personal Administration and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He resides in Monroe Township, NJ with his wife Maureen. He has three children and four grandchildren.
