Pathology is a full service laboratory providing rapid and accurate test results to clinicians around the clock. The laboratory offers testing services in the following disciplines:
Chemistry
Therapeutic drug monitoring
Urinalysis
Coagulation
Hematology
Microbiology
Blood bank
Cytology/histology
(with accompanying necropsy service)

Phlebotomy services are provided through the Department of Pathology.

All areas are equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation, and all laboratory functions are supported by a Sunquest Laboratory Information System.

All testing performed in the hospital is under the direct supervision of a Deborah pathologist. The laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and the American Association of Blood Banks.
