Turn oven temperature up to 375 degrees. Spray an ovenproof nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat until hot. Be careful not to burn the green tea rub. Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned. Put entire skillet in the oven and bake until desired doneness, about eight minutes for medium. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
To serve, cut tenderloin on a bias into eight pieces. Serve 1/2 cup brown rice, two spears of steamed broccoli and two slices of pork on each plate. Serves 4
