Barbecued Chicken

Ingredients
3 lb boneless chicken pieces- fat and skin removed

1 Large onion sliced thinly

3 Tbsp vinegar

3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp brown sugar

1 Tbsp Hot pepper flakes

Dash of pepper

1 Tbsp chili powder

1 cup Low fat chicken stock

Directions
Place chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Mix vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, pepper, hot pepper flakes, chili powder and stock. Pour over the chicken, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Turn occasionally. Arrange onions over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Baste occasionally. Serves 16
