Ingredients
Juice of 1 lemon
1 lime, juiced
1 orange, juiced
1 pound sea scallops
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions
In a glass mixing bowl, combine the citrus juice. Place the scallops in the marinade and toss gently to coat all sides of the scallops. Allow to marinate for 10-15 minutes. In a medium skillet over high heat warm the oil. Place the scallop in the pan and sear for about 1-1 1/2 minutes per side. Serves 4.
