Parmesan Chicken Strips

1 1/2  lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts   

1/4 cup skim milk

1/4 cup egg substitute

2/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs

2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 1/4 tsp dried basil

3/4 tsp dried thyme

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper

Olive oil cooking spray

Cut chicken breast into strips. Combine milk and egg substitute in a small bowl, mix well. Combine breadcrumbs and the next five ingredients together.  Dip chicken strips into milk mixture and then into the breadcrumb mixture. Place on cookie sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 8
