Deborah Hospital Foundation Announces New Corporate-Foundation Relations Manager
Joseph R. Manni, Interim Chief Operating Officer of the Deborah Hospital Foundation, has announced that Carla Tisdale-Walker of Voorhees has been appointed as Corporate/Foundation Relations Manager for the Foundation. The Foundation is the fundraising arm of Deborah Heart and Lung Center, a 139-bed specialty heart, lung, and vascular hospital in Browns Mills.
Walker brings a wide range of corporate, private, and institutional fundraising experience with her to Deborah. Most recently she was Director of Program and Grants Development at The Children’s Home Society of New Jersey in Trenton. Prior to that she served as Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Thomas Edison State College, Program Coordinator in the University
Ombudsman Office at Princeton University, and has worked in the Office of Constituent Relations for the New Jersey Department of State.
Walker received her masters from Thomas Edison State College in 2001 and holds a BA from Bloomfield College. In addition to her extensive professional experience she is a member (past and present) of numerous societies including the Association of Fundraising Professionals, New Jersey Women in Development, the Association of Black Women in Higher Education, and Thomas Edison State College Alumni Board.
