Ingredients:
4 oz. Semi-sweet chocolate chips, finely chopped in food processor. Divide into 3 equal portions
1/4 cup fat free egg substitute
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 package of Silken Tofu
2 packages of Soft Tofu
1- 8 oz. container of light whipped topping
1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
1/4 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
1 fat free pound cake, cut into 1/2” slices (need about 7 slices)
