As a reminder of the relationship and to further encourage members to use Deborah, laminated cards or similar items are distributed to all members of the organization. Members are given a contact person/department at the hospital to assist with the appointments, answer questions, and troubleshoot any concerns or issues. There is no financial connection with the relationship. Members’ insurance are accessed but no member receives a bill for any co-pay, deductible or co-insurance payments.
