Volunteer! The Clinical Volunteer Program at Deborah
Many high school and college students and adult volunteers share their time and talent and truly make a difference each day in the lives of our patients and their families. Volunteers serve an important role within the hospital environment by supporting and enhancing our services and providing a personal touch to our patients. Deborah offers individuals who have completed the 9th grade a flexible and dynamic volunteer program designed to accommodate schedules and abilities of volunteers of all ages and backgrounds. Assignments are designed to blend your individual skills and talents with the needs of our patients and the hospital.

A Rewarding Experience
All prospective volunteers are interviewed to match their interests and talents with available volunteer positions at Deborah. Clinical Volunteers are expected to serve a minimum of 4 hours total, two days a
week. In return, they receive free parking and lunch or dinner (with a 5 hour commitment) on the day they serve - not to mention the chnace to make friends and the satisfaction that comes from helping to make hospital stays more pleasant for patients and their family members.
